Had a time sensitive issue having had a bird stuck in our wood burning stove going on 2 days.Couldn't find any help ,Jem was the only business that came through.Joel went Above and Beyond ..very professional.Being a Family Owned business I saw the pride he displayed in his task.

I had a issue with Big Flys coming out of my shower fan like 100+ I called a few places they told me like 2 weeks. Called jem told them the situation and that I had a new baby in the house. They were able to get out the same day. The tech found a big birds nest with eggs in the vent tube. Cleaned it all out a installed magnetic vents all around the house with screens.. they were very professional !! Will use again

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Same day service. Completly removed a hornets nest the size of a basketball in about 30 min. Cheaper than other places I had called who use a much longer removal process.

This is a great company with friendly and professional staff with reasonable prices. I signed up for their maintenance plan and so glad I did. I have ants that think they pay the mortgage. They came out and sprayed inside and out 2weeks later I still had some ants in my kitchen they came out again and sprayed no extra fee. The best is that you can’t smell the solution. Highly recommend this company
